Principals

Harry A. Mink, the founder and Managing Partner of Alpha Business Group, has an extensive and successful background in capital, high tech sales, marketing and management which he now brings to the business brokerage field.

Mr. Mink has won numerous awards in sales and has consistently been one of the top revenue producers for such firms as: Fisher Scientific, Jarrell-Ash, Bausch & Lomb and Cadence Design. Besides direct sales, he has extensive corporate management experience at the Director and Vice Presidential levels.

Mr. Mink, a graduate of San Jose State University, has recently studied, apprenticed and applied the current practices in the business brokerage field by working in an area brokerage office and has taken formal training courses.

Mr. Mink has joined International Business Brokerage Association (IBBA) and New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) for professional affiliations and a continuing education program. He has attained Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) status with IBBA and is currently a Member of the NEBBA Board of Directors serving as Secretary and Membership Chairman capacities.

Mr. Mink founded Alpha Business Group in order to bring the high professional standards of high tech, consultive sales to the business brokerage field.


John R. Cuneo, Senior Associate, brings extensive business consulting experience in helping mid-market companies position themselves for merger or acquistion.

Mr. Cuneo has held senior management postions with Gillette and Harley Davidson. He has served as President and CEO of Lockhart Industries and was a managing partner in a major regional advertising firm whose clients included Chevrolet and Pepsi. Prior to his business career he served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps attaining the rank of Captain. Mr. Cuneo holds a Bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Hank is an experienced high technology sales, business development and product marketing executive. During his career, he has founded (4) businesses including a technology consulting company that he managed for (8) years. His focus has been on bringing products to market and he has successfully brought more than (200) commercial and technology products to market over the past (35) years. Hank also has an appreciation for the benefits and challenges of large corporations having worked for five Fortune 500 companies during his career. Hank received his BS in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA degree from Syracuse University. He is also is a graduate of GEs Manufacturing Management Program. Hank is a member of NBBA and IBBA and is currently working on his CBI certification.
